Six changes for Crusaders

The Rebel Sport Super 14 front runners have taken the chance to give key players, captain Richie McCaw, lock Chris Jack and No.8 Mose Tuiali'i a break from the starting XV.

Into the side in their places will come Johnny Leo'o, Kevin O'Neill and Bradley Mika.

Also making his first start for the side, after making his debut last week, will be rookie tighthead prop Ben Franks.

Also back at centre will be Casey Laulala with Caleb Ralph going to the reserves bench.

Campbell Johnstone was unavailable due to injury and loose forward Tanerau Latimer is on duty with the New Zealand Sevens team at the Commonwealth Games.

Captaincy of the side will be back in the hands of Reuben Thorne.
