In order to protect the commercial partners that help fund NZ Rugby, tickets are not permitted to be used for commercial purposes, as a customer reward or in a sales promotion. If you’re keen to get involved with NZ Rugby in a way that means you can do this, we’d love to hear from you! Please contact us through our contact form here.
How can I purchase Hospitality at an All Blacks match?
Whether you’re entertaining guests or spoiling yourself, the majority of games have options for hospitality to suit most occasions. Domestic test match hospitality options include tickets packaged with a great range of pre- and/or post-match hospitality. These are available from www.allblackshospitality.co.nz.

There aren’t too many teams that want supporters of NZ teams helping them win on the pitch … BUT we can get you there! Travel packages to support the All Blacks at overseas matches are available through our official travel partner, All Blacks Tours: www.allblackstours.com/.
With tickets for overseas matches being managed by the Host Union of the match (usually the opposition), access to tickets alone often goes to local supporters first. From time to time, NZ Rugby has access to a small number of tickets or can access a buying window for NZ fans. The best way to ensure that you are aware if this happens, is by joining Team All Blacks.

Please visit the website of the venue for specific information on entry, accessibility, food and beverage options, what you can bring to a match, and transport options.
Can I use my camera/video camera in the stadium?
We love seeing people having a great time at rugby, so go nuts taking plenty of images for friends and family. People around you may not be so happy if your photography interferes with their game though, so support tools that may interfere with others’ enjoyment of the match (selfie sticks, tripods, etc.) are not permitted in the stadium.
If you’re a bit of a photo buff, please note that professional lenses larger than 200mm or commercial use of images taken at games aren’t permitted.

Could I propose to my beloved at a game?
We always love to hear about the things that rugby fans do to show their support and it’s even better when it’s sharing the love! We wouldn’t want to ruin your big moment though, so due to the busy and fast-changing nature of Test matches we’re really sorry but we’re unable to arrange marriage proposals at these games. We’d love to hear about your moment though, so definitely please post to our social media and show us how you brought two rugby fans together!
If you’re set on proposing at a rugby game, please contact your Super Rugby club or Provincial Union to see if they can help you with this during their respective seasons…. And good luck!!!!

What ages are the Infant and Child tickets?
Rugby games are great events for all the family! The infant and child ticket age limits often depend on the game you are going to.
Test Matches & NZ Rugby games:
Children age three and under will be admitted free (don’t need a ticket) with an adult as long as the child is sitting on an adult’s lap. If a parent wants a physical seat for the child, they require a ticket.
“Child” is age 3-15 inclusive and under as determined by their age on the day of the event.
Once you turn 16 years of age, you are an adult. Photo ID may be required as proof of age.
Other games around NZ:
The age cut-offs for other games depends on a few factors, so you’re best to contact the host of the match or the venue.
How can I book wheelchair seating?
All venues are different, so to make sure you have the best seat for you, it’s best to chat to us directly.
Test Matches:
- For New Zealand venues (excluding Eden Park, Auckland), please contact Ticketek’s assisted booking line on 0800 686 677. Alternatively you can contact Ticketek online.
- For Eden Park matches, contact Ticketmaster on 0800 111 999.
Each wheelchair ticket purchased is entitled to bring one companion for free.
Other games around New Zealand:
Please contact the Super Rugby Club or Provincial Union hosting the game.
What does GA mean? Will we be seated together?
Most tickets to test matches are for specific seats, but there are some events that may have General Admission as a seating or standing option. This means you can sit or stand wherever there is a space within the designated GA sections.
If I haven’t brought my ticket from www.allblacks.com is my ticket legitimate?
Eek! If you’ve purchased your ticket through official links on this website, via www.allblacks.com/tickets or through our Team All Blacks communications, then yes it’s valid!
If you have not brought your ticket off an authorised sales platform (eg. Viagogo) or used search engines to find tickets, then unfortunately we cannot guarantee that your ticket will be valid. If you are worried that your ticket may not be valid, then please phone the authorised selling agency of the ticket.

How can I purchase Hospitality at an All Blacks match?
Whether you’re entertaining guests or spoiling yourself, the majority of games have options for hospitality to suit most occasions.

Who is NZ Rugby and what does NZR do?
Founded in 1892, New Zealand Rugby has teams based in Wellington and Auckland, a high performance base in Tauranga, and a number of people working out in the rugby community and with high performance teams. New Zealand Rugby has direct relationships with its members, including all 26 Provincial Unions, Investec Super Rugby teams, sponsors, and stakeholders such as the New Zealand Government. We want to be a world-leading sports organisation, helping all of rugby to be the best it can be. Each and every day we lead, support, grow and promote New Zealand's game. Our Vision is to "Inspire and Unify" and we are guided by The Rugby Way "Te Ara Ranga Tira" (the way that unites people). The Rugby Way is all about knitting individuals together using four key Pou or pillars: Be Welcoming (Te Pou Maioha), Be Our Best (Te Pou Hiranga), Be Passionate (Te Pou Ihiihi) and Play Fair (Te Pou Tika). We strive for rugby teams in black that are unrivalled, a high performance system that produces the world's best talent, competitions that fans love, and a community game that is strong and cherished. We are committed to New Zealand rugby being financially secure, attracting top partners and contributing actively to the global game. Find out more about Our People, Governance, Our Members, Our Partners and Our History and check out Our Publications.
